Services Provided
Website Design & Development
We offer custom website design and development services tailored to the Client's requirements.
Digital Marketing
Our digital marketing services include but are not limited to SEO, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and PPC campaigns.
Client Responsibilities
Information and Materials
The Client must provide accurate and complete information and materials necessary for the Company to perform the services.
Timely Communication
The Client agrees to respond to Company requests on time.
Fees and Payment
Fees
The Client agrees to pay the fees for the services as outlined in the agreement or invoice.
Payment Terms
Invoices are due within 30 days of receipt unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Intellectual Property
Ownership
The Company retains ownership of all intellectual property rights to any materials created until full payment is received.
License
Upon full payment, the Company grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for their intended purpose.
Termination
By Client
The Client may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice.
By Company
The Company may terminate the agreement immediately if the Client breaches any of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our services.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Ontario, Canada.
